Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for:

Collaborating with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, startups, and scientific institutions.
Conducting regular market analysis to identify new business development opportunities.
Actively selling services and products leveraging LNP and mRNA technologies.
Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with both local and international clients.
Representing the company at scientific conferences, industry events, and partner meetings with pharmaceutical companies.
Leading development projects, including those co-funded by EU resources.
Regularly reviewing and taking initiative to improve project management processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector on a regional or global scale, including participation in international partner conferences.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with innovative Life Science projects.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in biotechnology or a related field.
Advanced studies in management, marketing, sales, or a related field are highly desirable.
Proficient English language skills for effective business communication with international clients.
The ability to effectively organize tasks, demonstrate resilience, and consistently meet established objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Willingness to travel internationally, at least 30% of the time.
Competence in preparing reports and recommendations for the Management Board.
