Bioanalyst Specialist

We are currently seeking a proactive Research and Development Specialist. The responsibilities will include:

Leading research and development activities in the laboratory in relation to R&D projects.
Collaborating with the Team Leader during project execution.
Operating and overseeing laboratory equipment.
Sharing responsibility for the state of laboratory equipment.
Developing and interpreting results of research studies and analytical tests.
Managing documentation related to sample supervision, both for samples delivered to and dispatched from the laboratory.
Preparing equipment for inspections and repairs and informing the supervisor about the need for these actions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

A university degree in biotechnology or a related field (PhD preferred).
Experience in a similar role within an analytical laboratory (experience in a GMP/GLP laboratory is advantageous).
Experience with aseptic work under a laminar flow hood.
Familiarity with techniques such as RT-PCR/dPCR, capillary gel electrophoresis, and immunoblotting.
Ability to work with a multi-well plate reader.
Capability to develop new analytical methods.
Understanding of issues related to the validation of analytical methods.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of precision and responsibility.
Ability to work effectively in a team, with good independent initiative and communication skills.
Good industry-specific English language skills for working within an international team.
