Analytics Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proficient Analytics Specialist, whose responsibilities will include:
Skillful execution of research and development tasks in the laboratory in support of R&D projects.
Collaborating closely with the Team Leader for successful project implementation.
Operation and supervision of laboratory equipment.
Shared responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
Development and interpretation of research and analytical results.
Maintenance of detailed documentation related to sample tracking, both received and dispatched from the laboratory.
Preparation of equipment for inspections and repairs, while reporting to the supervisor regarding the necessity of said inspections and repairs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:
A University degree in chemistry/biotechnology or related field (PhD preferred).
Previous experience in a similar role within an analytical laboratory (experience in a GMP/GLP laboratory is a plus).
Proficiency in working with HPLC, UV-VIS, GC, and multi-well plate reader (experience with LC-MS/MS is welcome).
Ability to develop new analytical methods.
Strong understanding of classical analysis principles.
Knowledge of validation processes for analytical methods.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
Team player with effective communication skills and independence.
Good industry-specific English language skills for working in an international team.
